Indoor ~ Outdoor Fusion

The summer months in Australia are ideal for throwing open the doors, turning the fans on full blast and finding somewhere soft, preferably with a good breeze, to read a book and sip a cold drink. So if you live in this part of the world, it's essential you are set up for indoor/outdoor living.

Sadly, Summer is drawing to an end over here, but living in Queensland means we will likely get quite a few more weeks of warm weather to make use of some of the wild and wonderful indoor/outdoor inspiration I have found this week.

Enjoy x

A day bed is a must for those afternoons so hot, moving is simply not an option.

If being completely outdoors isn't an option, consider setting your dining area in a covered balcony or conservatory.

Windows, windows and more windows! Open them wide and invite the outside in.

For special occasions, utilising your outdoor space for a romantic or family evening will surely be a crowd pleaser.

Feeling very adventurous? Why not take your whole bed outside?
Note: strong rope, a lot of time and a few screws loose required.

Whilst not always practical, you can't deny the beauty of indoor flora.

No one will think any less of you however, if you take the easier option of just inviting the herb garden in and leaving the rest to nature.

Have fun lovely readers.
